“MINI ATHLETES” for preschool children (3-6 years)
By attending this program your child will develop basic motor (coordination, flexibility, strength, speed) and functional skills by practicing the basic structure of the movement and by adopting the basic elements of sports games (football, basketball, handball), athletics and gymnastics. At the same time the children are satisfying their need for movement and play, learning to cooperate with other children, and develop the habit of regular physical exercise.

“RHYTHMIC AND DANCE” for preschool children (3-6 years)
By attending this program your child will develop motor (coordination, flexibility, balance, strength) and functional skills by learning the basics of classic ballet, rhythmic and sports gymnastics. The goal is to develop a sense of movement in space, a feeling for music, to practice concentration, develop imagination and teach children to collaborate with other kids in the group. Special attention during lessons is given to corrective exercises for the feet and posture exercises.

“MTV JAZZ DANCE” for primary school children
MTV JAZZ DANCE is the latest kind of jazz dance technique, which is represented in music
videos of pop and R & B singers. It is recognizable by sharp and cut moves, energetic body isolations and quick turns. In these classes kids will learn the basics of ballet and jazz dance techniques….and they will also be dancing on the latest music hits.
